Es spielen so viele Variablen eine Rolle, dass es fast unm\u00f6glich ist, sie alle zu ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/p>\n<p>Aber nat\u00fcrlich <strong>ist in einer Welt, die sich in Richtung absoluter Standardisierung bewegt, der einzige Unterschied \u2013 das wahre Kapital Ihres Unternehmens \u2013 die Menschen, die Sie besch\u00e4ftigen und die mit Ihnen zusammenarbeiten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Und gut konzipierte Schulungen \u2013 das steht fest \u2013 k\u00f6nnen diesen \u201ezus\u00e4tzlichen Vorteil\u201c bieten, der die Leistung eines Mitarbeiters entscheidend verbessert, die Ergebnisse Ihres Teams steigert, Mehrwert schafft und Ihnen letztendlich einen Wettbewerbsvorteil verschafft, der sich in h\u00f6heren Gewinnen niederschl\u00e4gt \u2013 mit anderen Worten: mehr Geld.
