S\u0103 spunem c\u0103 un compliment, un salut sau un s\u0103rut sunt \u201eatingeri\u201d pozitive, \u00een timp ce o insult\u0103 sau o palm\u0103 sunt \u201eatingeri\u201d negative (dac\u0103 vrem s\u0103 continu\u0103m analogia cu m\u00e2ncarea, am putea spune c\u0103 o \u201eatingere\u201d este echivalent\u0103 cu o \u201ecalorie psihologic\u0103\u201d).<br \/>\nEric Berne, \u00een ultima sa lucrare, a scris c\u0103, pentru majoritatea dintre noi, via\u021ba nu este altceva dec\u00e2t o c\u0103utare continu\u0103 de \u201em\u00e2ng\u00e2ieri\u201d, iar \u00eentregul cadru social nu este altceva dec\u00e2t un mijloc de a organiza produc\u021bia \u0219i distribu\u021bia acestora.<\/p>\n<h2>Cele 6 moduri de gestionare a timpului<\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen cercetarea noastr\u0103 privind \u201eatingerile\u201d, Analiza Tranzac\u021bional\u0103 (TA) identific\u0103 \u0219ase moduri de gestionare a timpului, toate (cu excep\u021bia primului) destinate schimbului de interac\u021biuni sociale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Izolarea<\/strong><br \/>\nReprezint\u0103 o lips\u0103 de contact cu ceilal\u021bi, caracterizat\u0103, desigur, de absen\u021ba interac\u021biunilor. Nu este nimic negativ \u00een acest sens dac\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un moment de \u201erelaxare\u201d luat din proprie ini\u021biativ\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Un joc psihologic const\u0103 \u00eentr-o serie de tranzac\u021bii standardizate \u00een care participan\u021bii alunec\u0103 incon\u0219tient (este clar c\u0103 nimeni nu joac\u0103 aceste roluri \u00een mod deliberat!) \u00een rolurile de Persecutor, Victim\u0103 sau Salvator. Tranzac\u021biile sunt aproape toate ascunse \u0219i ambigue, ceea ce le face dificil de \u00een\u021beles.<br \/>\n\u00cen num\u0103rul trecut, v-am promis c\u0103 \u00een acest articol voi aborda \u201ejocurile psihologice\u201d din perspectiva Analizei Tranzac\u021bionale \u0219i modul \u00een care acestea influen\u021beaz\u0103 orice tip de contact sau comunicare \u2013 fie ea comercial\u0103 sau nu \u2013 \u00eentre oameni \u0219i \u00eentre entit\u0103\u021bi sociale. \u00cens\u0103, pentru a dob\u00e2ndi o \u00een\u021belegere care s\u0103 v\u0103 ajute cu adev\u0103rat s\u0103 st\u0103p\u00e2ni\u021bi mecanismele pe care le ave\u021bi la dispozi\u021bie, este \u00eenc\u0103 necesar\u0103 o serie de premise teoretice; f\u0103r\u0103 acestea, exist\u0103 riscul real al unei simplific\u0103ri excesive. A\u0219adar, s\u0103 aprofund\u0103m c\u00e2teva concepte \u0219i s\u0103 l\u0103s\u0103m analiza \u201ejocurilor\u201d pentru num\u0103rul urm\u0103tor.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************<\/p>\n<p>Am v\u0103zut c\u0103 diverse componente \u2013 pe care le-am numit Adult, P\u0103rinte \u0219i Copil \u2013 sunt active \u00een fiecare persoan\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103, \u00een fiecare contact social (sau tranzac\u021bie), aceste componente interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 la diferite niveluri.<br \/>\nAdesea, \u00eens\u0103, st\u0103rile sinelui nu se manifest\u0103 clar, ci implic\u0103 suprapuneri sau excluderi care fac necesar s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m cum s\u0103 le recunoa\u0219tem. \u00cenainte de a aprofunda discu\u021bia despre tranzac\u021bii, s\u0103 analiz\u0103m c\u00e2teva aspecte noi ale st\u0103rii sinelui.<\/p>\n<h3>Contaminarea<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Adultul contaminat de P\u0103rinte<\/strong><br \/>\nImpresia este una de logic\u0103 clar\u0103 \u0219i corect\u0103, dar presupunerile sunt prejudec\u0103\u021bi \u0219i afirma\u021bii a priori.<br \/>\nScopul ascuns este de a consolida cli\u0219eele p\u0103rinte\u0219ti care le-au fost transmise anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Adultul aparent:<br \/>\n\u2013 reflec\u021bie<br \/>\n\u2013 logic\u0103<br \/>\n\u2013 deschidere c\u0103tre dialog<\/p>\n<p>P\u0103rintele ascuns:<br \/>\n\u2013 principii<br \/>\n\u2013 norme<br \/>\n\u2013 afirma\u021bii a priori<br \/>\n\u2013 prejudec\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adultul contaminat de copil<\/strong><br \/>\nDiscursul este ra\u021bional, impar\u021bial \u0219i obiectiv, dar transmite totodat\u0103 emo\u021bii \u0219i impresii personale.<\/p>\n<p>Adultul aparent:<br \/>\n\u2013 obiectivitate<br \/>\n\u2013 impar\u021bialitate<br \/>\n\u2013 deschidere<br \/>\n\u2013 ra\u021bionalitate.<br \/>\nCopilul ascuns:<br \/>\n\u2013 entuziasm<br \/>\n\u2013 spontaneitate<br \/>\n\u2013 sentimente<br \/>\n\u2013 impresii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adultul contaminat de p\u0103rinte \u0219i de copil<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen spatele adultului aparent, persoana se comport\u0103 simultan at\u00e2t ca P\u0103rinte, c\u00e2t \u0219i ca Copil.<br \/>\nAdultul aparent:<br \/>\n\u2013 ra\u021biunea<br \/>\nP\u0103rintele ascuns:<br \/>\n\u2013 prejudec\u0103\u021bi<br \/>\nCopilul ascuns:<br \/>\n\u2013 spontaneitatea.<\/p>\n<h3>Excludere<\/h3>\n<p>Excluderea apare atunci c\u00e2nd una dintre cele trei st\u0103ri ale sinelui nu este niciodat\u0103 prezent\u0103 la subiect, care manifest\u0103 astfel doar dou\u0103 dintre cele trei st\u0103ri ale sinelui. Dac\u0103 o persoan\u0103 ar folosi doar o singur\u0103 stare, aceasta ar constitui o adev\u0103rat\u0103 tulburare de personalitate.<br \/>\nExcluderea st\u0103rii P\u0103rintelui:<br \/>\n\u2013 absen\u021ba principiilor<br \/>\n\u2013 lipsa respectului pentru reguli<br \/>\n\u2013 absen\u021ba sim\u021bului moral.<br \/>\nPersoana se dovede\u0219te a fi infantil\u0103, iar comportamentul s\u0103u este incontrolabil. Este atitudinea care permite rela\u021bii productive, atingerea obiectivelor comune, cooperarea \u0219i sinergia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eu nu sunt OK \u2013 Tu e\u0219ti OK<\/strong><br \/>\nAceasta este pozi\u021bia supus\u0103, a cuiva care simte nevoia s\u0103 se aga\u021be de ceilal\u021bi \u0219i care are nevoie de cineva care s\u0103-i spun\u0103 ce s\u0103 fac\u0103. Participarea lor la interac\u021biuni este exclusiv \u00een rolul de Victim\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eu sunt \u00een regul\u0103 \u2013 Tu nu e\u0219ti \u00een regul\u0103<\/strong><br \/>\nAceasta este atitudinea arogant\u0103: eu am \u00eentotdeauna dreptate; dac\u0103 ceva merge prost, este \u00eentotdeauna vina altcuiva. Aceast\u0103 atitudine este extrem de comun\u0103 printre birocra\u021bi \u0219i nenum\u0103ra\u021bii dictatori m\u0103run\u021bi pe care \u00eei \u00eent\u00e2lnim \u00een fiecare zi \u00een organiza\u021bii mari \u0219i mici.
