Hyper Performance Coaching for Athletes

What is coaching

Coaching is a form of development in which a person called a coach supports a student or client (the “coachee”) in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and orientation.

Hyper Performance Coaching ™ (in short Hypercoaching ™) is an advanced form of coaching specifically dedicated to obtaining the maximum result in any kind of activity that requires the achievement of excellent performances.
When addressing athletes, it helps them to express their full potential, reaching optimal performance status (otherwise known as Flow State or Hyperfluidity) during a sports performance. He focuses on the athlete as a human being, and supports him by eliminating any mental, emotional or physical blockage – very often of an unsporting nature – that interferes with his way of competing and does not allow him to fully express his technical potential and athletics.
Using this type of approach, the athletes discover with surprise that they can greatly improve the results from the point of view of technique, agility, strength and coordination, often without the need to increase the time dedicated to training.
